The M In May is for MentalWealth

Dear MentalWealth Club,

Did you know that May is Mental Health Awareness Month?! Basically, this is another solid reason to show yourself some extra love & to shine your light a little brighter than usual. Maybe even bright enough to inspire a stranger or two… in the name of spreading awareness of course :)

This month is about committing to staying your beautiful and also very sane self. This month is a reminder to create opportunities to address any thing threatening your peace.

Prioritize the important stuff. Ex. take a personal day from work, do 5 mins of meditation, start a creative project, put on some lip gloss and take a million selfies if that’s your thing, or even schedule another MentalWealth session (shameless plug, I know lol).

The point is not to let the month of May pass without gaining some sort of mental clarity. Because you deserve it!
