3 Tips to Stay Motivated Halfway Through the Year

Congrats love, you made it to the halfway mark of the year! This is the perfect time to reflect on your growth and accomplishments thus far, while also staying motivated for the rest of the year.
Here are 3 tips for maintaining motivation and continuing to love yourself:
Self-Love Tips
1. Practice self-care regularly - Take time for yourself 3 - 4 times a week and engage in activities that bring you joy. This can be as luxurious as pampering yourself with a spa date or as simple as reading a good book, taking a bubble bath, preparing a healthy meal for yourself, or enjoying a cup of tea.
2. Intentionally surround yourself with positivity - Surround yourself with people who uplift you and make you feel good about yourself. Negative energy will drain you and make it harder to maintain a high spirit.
3. Be kind to yourself - Remember to speak to yourself as the beautiful soul that the rest of us see. Don't be too critical or hard on yourself. I pinky promise that you're doing amazing sweetie!
Staying Motivated
1. Crush big goals using small steps - Make a plan for the rest of the year. List some small steps you can take to make your overall goal feel more achievable. This will give you something to continually work towards.
2. Celebrate your achievements - Take time to observe your accomplishments, no matter how small they may seem. This is a true game changer when it comes to maintaining a positive mindset. Celebrations are reminders of why you deserve what you're working toward.
3. Keep things fresh - Every main character needs a good plot twist to keep the story interesting. So try mixing things up. For example, try a new gym or a new hobby to keep yourself engaged. Besides, it’s slightly cooler when they can’t guess your next move; you know.
Most importantly, remember to be patient with yourself and don't give up on the journey to prosperity. Keep striving for progress, you've got this!
